Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 young coconut
  • 1 cup pineapple cubes (canned)
  • Basic syrup to taste
  • A pinch of salt
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Make a hole at the top of the young coconut. Pour out coconut water and blend with enough basic syrup. Leave in the refrigerator to chill.
  2. Split coconut into half and scrape out the young flesh. Mix coconut flesh and pineapple cubes in a large goblet. Add in a dash of lime juice and a pinch of salt. Drop in ice cubes and pour in chilled coconut water. Serve with maraschino cherries.
