  1. Heat cream, coffee powder and cinnamon to scalding. Combine with eggs beaten with sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour into a shallow baking dish. Place dish in a pan of hot water.
  2. Bake custard in moderate oven (about 180°C) for about 35-40 minutes until firm. Cool before serving with whipped cream.
