This recipe is best with
- 2 cups prepared hot black coffee, leave aside to cool slightly
- Castor sugar to taste
- 3/4 cup UHT milk
- 1/2 cup Kahlua (or any other coffee liqueur)
- Whipping cream
- Plenty of crushed ice
- Combine black coffee, milk and sugar in a shaker. Add the Kahlua and shake well. Pour into serving glasses and add crushed ice. Pipe whipping cream over the coffee and dust lightly with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
