Recipe Ingredient

  • Cake Batter:
  • 400 g Castor Sugar
  • 227 g Anchor Salted Butter
  • 6 Eggs
  • 410 g Cake Flour
  • 5 g Pandan Extract
  • 240 g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • Garnishing:
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 165°C.
  2. Cream together sugar and butter until pale in colour.
  3. Then add in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Sift the flour and add 1/2 of the amount in the batter.
  5. Pour in the cream and pandan extract.
  6. Add the remaining flour.
  7. Bake for about 1 hour.
  8. Garnish with strawberries and blueberries.
