Recipe Ingredient

  • Buttery Burnt cheesecake Recipe
  • 8inch hollow chiffon mould
  • Anchor Cream cheese : 560g
  • Icing Sugar: 150g
  • 230g
  • 4 eggs
  • Corn flour: 15g
  • 2g salt
  • Pure vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
  • Durian pudding
  • Fresh durian :200g
  • Full cream milk :300ml
  • Condensed milk: 30g
  • Sugar :20g
  • Gelatine sheet:3 pcs (15g)
  • Steambuns Dough
  • All purpose flour :300g
  • 150g milk
  • 30g sugar
  • Grape-seeds oil: 6g (or other less flavour oil)
  • 3g yeast
  • Some desiccated coconut sprinkle on top of the cake
  • Some fresh strawberries

Instructions

    Buttery Burnt cheesecake Recipe
  1. whisk the icing sugar and soften cream cheese until all combine and add in soften butter and whisk
  2. add in four eggs and corn flour in the cream cheese batter and whisk all ingredients until smooth
  3. Strain all the cream cheese batter and pour it in the 8inch hollow chiffon cake mould
  4. preheat the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes in 220c. (Every oven temperature is different so you can adjust the time and temperature)
  5. Durian pudding
  6. Blend the fresh durian meat with milk then strain
  7. Add in condensed milk and sugar in the strained durian batter
  8. put the 3pcs gelatine sheet in the cold ice water until soft and discard the water
  9. Add in the soft gelatine sheet in the durian batter and heat it on medium flame until all the gelatine dissolved and stir all together well
  10. Pour the durian batter in the middle of the cake and put it in chiller
  11. Steambuns Dough
  12. mix all the ingredients all together and make whatever characters you like
  13. when done modelling put it aside to proof around 30minutes and steam it for 15 minutes
