This recipe is best with
- 500g Cauliflower (Trimmed)
- 40g Anchor Unsalted Butter
- 100g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 3g Fine Salt
- 1g Coarse Black Pepper
- 5g Lemon Juice
- Steam cauliflower until soft.
- Add Anchor Unsalted Butter, Anchor Extra Yield, lemon juice, and cauliflower into a bowl.
- Mashed all ingredients using a stainless steel masher.
- Add fine salt, coarse black pepper and lemon juice.
- Press again until slightly smooth. Enjoy!
