This recipe is best with
- 10 slices White Bread
- 120g Anchor Unsalted Butter (Soften)
- 100g White Sugar
- 150g Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella Shredded
- 150g Kaya Spread
- Using a spoon, spread Anchor Unsalted Butter on 1 side of the white bread.
- Then, sprinkle the buttered side of the white bread with white sugar.
- Place the Anchor Extra Stretch Mozzarella on top of white sugar. Lastly drizzle with kaya on top of the mozzarella.
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Bake the Kaya & Mozzarella Toast for around 10 minutes or until mozzarella melts & turns brown.
- Best to consume while its hot. Enjoy!
