Recipe Ingredient

  • 110g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 250g creamy peanut butter
  • 50g egg, A size
  • 5g baking soda
  • 5g baking soda
  • 5g vanilla essence
  • 5g salt
  • 185g low protein flour
  • Garnishing & Choco Dip:
  • Colourful Chocolate Sprinkles
  • 300g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a mixer add butter, castor sugar, brown sugar, beat both sugar until combines.
  2. Next, add in peanut butter and egg, beat again until creamy .
  3. Sift in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence & give it a good mix until all ingredients combines.
  4. Cling wrap the cookie dough & store in chiller for at least 45minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  6. To Assemble:
  7. Measure the cookie dough 10gm each.
  8. Shape it round & slightly press with fork.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 15minutes.
  10. Note: Baking time will be diffrence depending on oven type, quality & brand.
