Recipe Ingredient

  • Penne Zitti Fritatta Mixture
  • 80g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 5pc Eggs
  • 30g Chopped Garlic
  • 80g Diced Onion
  • 50g Baby Spinach
  • 30g Diced Sundried Tomato
  • 180g Pre Boiled Penne
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1g Course Black Pepper
  • Garlic & Herb Tomato
  • 20g Olive Oil
  • 20g Chopped Garlic
  • 50g Chopped Onion
  • 200g Chopped Tomato
  • Salt, to taste
  • Course Black Pepper, to taste


    Penne Zitti Fritatta Mixture
  1. In a bowl, add in all ingredients and mix it all well
  2. Heat butter into a cast iron pan, and pour in the mixture
  3. Place the cast iron pan into a preheated oven with a temperature of 185°C for around 20 minutes or until it turns slightly brown on the surface and properly cooked
  4. Remove the baked fritatta and transfer it into a plate, and garnish according to your taste
  5. Garlic & Herb Tomato
  6. In a small pot, heat olive oil then add in garlic and onion
  7. Ensure to cook it until it turns slightly golden brown
  8. Add in chopped tomato, stir and cook it until it slightly simmers
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  10. Pour in a small bowl, serve it with the prepared Fritatta, enjoy!
