Recipe Ingredient

  • Bahan-bahan burnt cheesecake
  • 500gm Anchor cream Cheese
  • 2 sudu besar tepung gandum
  • 4 biji telur ayam saiz B
  • 250ml krim Anchor
  • 50gm gula kastor
  • 1 cawan pulut direndam bersama 1 cawan air bunga telang dan kukus hingga masak.
  • Bahan-bahan karamel masin gula melaka
  • 2 keping gula nisan /kerek( bulat)
  • 1 sudu teh garam halus
  • 1 cawan air
  • 1 helai daun pandan disimpul
  • 1 sudu teh mentega
  • 175 ml krim Anchor

Instructions

    Cara memasak karamel masin gula melaka
  1. Rebus gula ,air,garam dan daun pandan hingga mendidih dan pekat.
  2. Masukkan krim dan mentega,kacau rata, tutup api
  3. Cara memasak kek
  4. Pukul krim keju bersama gula kastor hingga berkrim.
  5. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil memutar hingga habis.
  6. Masukkan tepung gandum, kacau rata
  7. Masukkan karamel masin gula Melaka kacau lagi.
  8. Akhir sekali masukkan pulut kukus sedikit demi sedikit sambil memutar hingga sebati.
  9. Masukkan kedalam acuan yang telah dilapik kertas minyak. Bakar selama 1 jam 5minit api atas dan bawah pada suhu 200 c.hingga masak. 5 minit tambahan guna api atas sahaja.
  10. Sejukkan kek semalam, sebelum dipotong
  11. Boleh juga kek dipotong kecil dan dilapis dengan seri kaya jika mahu.
