Recipe Ingredient

  • Bahan A ( Pulut)
  • 2 cawan beras pulut (direndam 2-3 jam)
  • 1 cawan pati santan
  • 6 helai daun pandan ( jadikan 1 1/4 cawan air pandan)
  • Sedikit garam
  • Bahan B
  • 500g krim keju Anchor
  • 150g gula kastor
  • 1 sudu kecil vanila
  • Bahan C
  • 4 biji telur saiz B (Saiz A 3 biji)
  • 250ml whipping cream
  • 15g tepung gandum
  • 1/4 sudu kecil garam halus
  • 1 sudu besar jus lemon
  • 1 sudu kecil esen vanila

Instructions

    Bahan A
  1. Kukus pulut bersama air pandan dan santan. (Guna loyang 9 " loose base tekan pulut supaya mampat)
  2. Bahan B
  3. Putar cream cheese (biar suhu diluar seketika supaya adunan lembut) dengan speed rendah bersama gula kastor sehingga adunan nampak berkilat. Masukkan esen vanila.
  4. Bahan C
  5. Pukul telur sehingga bertukar menjadi putih, masukkan whipping cream. Putar sekejap, masukkan garam dan perahan lemon.
  6. Satukan bahan B dan bahan C sedikit demi sedikit secara kaup balik sehingga sebati. (jika guna mixer guna speed paling rendah).
  7. Tuang bahan campuran B + C di atas loyang berisi pulut.
  8. Masukkkan Loyang ke dalam oven. Bakar adunan secara steambath dengan suhu oven 200 darjah celsius selama 60 minit. Api atas dan bawah. Setelah itu gunakan kaedah bakar biasa selama 30 minit lagi.
  9. Bila permukaan burn cheesecake bertukar warna gelap. (burnt), boleh keluarkan dari oven.
  10. Sejukkan dalam peti sejuk.
