- 580g Anchor cream cheese
- 100g Sg Lembing Coconut Biscuits (crusted)
- 300g coconut milk
- 35g gula melaka
- 10g corn flour
- 12 eggs
- 50ml milk
- Use hand mixer to mix everything according to this order: Cream cheese, melted gula melaka, eggs, coconut milk, milk and corn flour.
- Shift the batter.
- Add in crusted coconut biscuits into the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes with 210 degree Celsius.
- Chill overnight.
