Recipe Ingredient

  • 580g Anchor cream cheese
  • 100g Sg Lembing Coconut Biscuits (crusted)
  • 300g coconut milk
  • 35g gula melaka
  • 10g corn flour
  • 12 eggs
  • 50ml milk


  1. Use hand mixer to mix everything according to this order: Cream cheese, melted gula melaka, eggs, coconut milk, milk and corn flour.
  2. Shift the batter.
  3. Add in crusted coconut biscuits into the batter.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes with 210 degree Celsius.
  5. Chill overnight.
