Recipe Ingredient

  • Gourmet Butter:
  • 1pat Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 20g fried garlic
  • 20g ebiko (prawn roe)
  • 3g seaweed flakes
  • 3g salt
  • Prawn & Glass Noodle:
  • 300g glass noodle, soaked
  • 10pcs prawns
  • salt & pepper
  • Seasoning:
  • 30g light soy sauce
  • 5g sugar
  • 6g fish sauce
  • 10g water
  • Garnishing:
  • spring onion, julienne
  • coriander leaf
  • red capsicum, julienne


    To Prepare Gourmet Butter:
  1. In a mixing bowl, add anchor unsalted butter.
  2. Add in all ingredients, mix well with a spatula.
  3. Transfer to a air tight container keep in chiller. Bring to room temperature to soften before using.
  4. To Prepare Prawns:
  5. Prepare a steamer.
  6. Cut prawns in half (horizontal), clean the prawns, lightly season with salt and pepper.
  7. Lay soaked glass noodle on a deep dish. Arrange prawns on glass noodle. Steam for 4 -5 mins, depend on the size.
  8. Mix all seasoning ingredient in a bowl. Spoon over cooked prawns and glass noodle.
  9. Spread gourmet butter over each prawn surface.
  10. Garnish and serve, enjoy!
