Recipe Ingredient

  • Poaching the chicken
  • 500g water
  • 250g skinless chicken breast
  • 2g salt
  • 1g coarse black pepper
  • 50g sliced onions
  • 30g crushed garlic
  • 50g sliced celery
  • Dressing
  • 80g mayonnaise
  • 100g Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 2g salt
  • 1g coarse black pepper
  • Additional Condiments
  • 30g chopped walnut
  • 80g diced celery
  • 250g diced poached chicken
  • 30g mixed lettuce
  • 6nos bread slices


    Poaching the chicken
  1. In a pot, heat up the water and let it simmer. Then, place in chicken breast, salt, black pepper onion, garlic & celery. Let it simmer for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside with the pot lid closed
  2. Dressing
  3. In a bowl, add in mayonnaise, Anchor Extra Yield, salt & black pepper. Stir well & set aside
  4. Assembling
  5. Mix in the chopped walnut, celery, chicken into the dressing and mix well
  6. Place the chicken mixture on pre-sliced bread, cover with mix lettuce & top with another layer of bread, serve & enjoy!
