Recipe Ingredient

  • Orange Cake:
  • 200g ground almond
  • 4g baking powder
  • 2g salt
  • 170g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 200g eggs
  • 10g vanilla
  • 50g orange pulp
  • Orange Icing Glaze:
  • 50g orange pulp
  • 200g icing sugar
  • 15g lemon juice
  • Orange Buttercream:
  • 250g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 30g icing sugar
  • 50g orange pulp
  • 50g Anchor Whipping Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 180
  2. Orange Cake:
  3. In a mixing bowl, whip up Anchor Unsalted Butter and Sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add in the eggs and vanilla and make sure mix well.
  5. Add in the ground almonds, baking powder and salt, mix until not lumpy.
  6. Stir in the orange pulp and pour into a 9" cake ring lined with aluminium foil.
  7. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Set aside to cool.
  9. Orange Icing Glaze:
  10. Mix all ingredients together and make sure no lumps.
  11. Pour onto cooled Orange Cake and spread into a thin layer.
  12. Orange Buttercream:
  13. In a mixing bowl, whip Anchor Unsalted Butter and Icing sugar until light and fluffy.
  14. Stir in the orange pulp and Anchor Whipping Cream and mix well until no lumps are formed.
  15. Transfer into a piping bag with a flower piping nozzle.
