Recipe Ingredient

  • Cream Cheese Dressing:
  • 50g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 20g japanese mayonnaise
  • 10g sugar
  • 10g Anchor UHT Milk
  • 5g lemon juice
  • 3g salt
  • 3g pepper
  • Salad Ingredients:
  • 2kg apples (sliced thinly)
  • 12g lemon juice
  • 1kg salad leaves
  • 100g fresh grapes
  • 30g roasted almonds


    Cream Cheese Fillings
  1. In a bowl, mix softened Anchor Cream Cheese, Japanese mayonnaise, sugar, Anchor UHT Milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
  2. Salad
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix sliced apples, lemon juice and salad leaves together to prevent browning.
  4. Toss in the chopped grapes raisins and roasted almonds.
  5. Add Cream Cheese Dressing and toss until salad is evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately or keep chilled before serving
