Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 4nos egg (boiled)
  • 100g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 200g fresh avocado
  • 10g lemon juice
  • 5g garlic powder
  • 3g dried parsley
  • 3g black pepper
  • 2g sea salt
  • 1pc baguette


  1. In a bowl, soften the Anchor Cream Cheese then add in the egg yolk and Anchor Extra Yield. Mix well
  2. Cut the egg white and avocado into cube then combine with the cream cheese spread
  3. Then, season with lemon juice, garlic powder, dried parsley, black pepper, and sea salt
  4. After that spread on the sliced toasted baguettes
