Recipe Ingredient

  • 450g Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
  • 120g Anchor Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 100g honey
  • 225g riped avocado (pitted)
  • 300g ice cubes
  • pinch of salt
  • 120g espresso


  1. In a blender, combine Anchor full cream milk, Anchor cream cheese, honey, riped avocado, ice and salt. Blend on high speed until smooth
  2. Once done, distribute equally among 4 glasses and pour 30g of espresso into each of them. Enjoy!
