Recipe Ingredient

  • Butter Corn:
  • 30g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 10g garlic, chopped
  • 10g onion, chopped
  • 120g frozen corn
  • Focaccia Dough:
  • 480g all purpose flour
  • 10g yeast
  • 2g salt
  • 450g water
  • 60g olive oil


    Butter Corn:
  1. In a pot, cook Anchor Unsalted Butter with garlic and onion. Saute until fragrant.
  2. Add in frozen corn and cook until fragrant.
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. Focaccia Dough:
  5. In a mixing bowl. mix all ingredients together.
  6. Keep in fridge overnight.
  7. Remove from fridge and set aside to proof until double in volume.
  8. Once ready, spread dough and add buttered corn.
  9. Bake in oven at 200C for 25-30 minutes.
