Recipe Ingredient

  • Cookie:
  • 227g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 115g sugar
  • 8g vanilla
  • 5g cocoa powder
  • 230g all purpose flour
  • Caramel Ganache:
  • 150g sugar
  • 250g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 250g milk chocolate
  • 3g salt


  1. Preheat oven to 155C
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix Anchor Unsalted Butter, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and flour together until crumbly
  3. Scoop 25g of the crumble into a ring mold and press down
  4. Bake for 16 minutes
  5. Prepare the filling by cooking sugar until golden brown
  6. Pour Anchor Whipping Cream and stir to combine. Add milk chocolate and salt.
  7. Set aside to cool
  8. To assemble, pipe filling in between two cookies and assemble like a sandwich.
