Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g Anchor Unsalted Butter
  • 120g castor sugar
  • 120g brown sugar
  • 120g whole egg
  • 400g low protein flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 12g baking powder
  • 250g almond flakes
  • 100g chocolate chips


  1. In a bowl, soften the Anchor Unsalted Butter then add in castor sugar and brown sugar, beat until creamy
  2. Add in the egg and beat until combined
  3. Add in the low protein flour, ground almond, and baking powder into the butter mixture, then mix until become a cookie dough
  4. Add in the chocolate chunks & mini marshmallow then mix well
  5. At this stage if the dough is too soft, cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  6. Scoop batter into baking tray
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
