- Mini Paratha
- 6pcs Mini Paratha - store bought, 3pcs/burger
- 20g Cooking Oil
- Mayo & Sour Cream Dressing/Dipping
- 80g Mayonnaise
- 80g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 5g Lemon Juice
- Salt, to taste
- French Fries
- 140g Shoestring French Fries
- 200g Cooking Oil (for deep-frying)
- Salt, to taste
- Course Black Pepper, to taste
- Other
- 30g Mix Lettuce
- 30g Sliced Tomato
- 4slices Anchor 12's Sliced Cheese
- 4pcs Pre-cooked Burger Patty, 2 pcs/burger
Instructions
- Heat up the cooking oil, cook the paratha on both sides and set aside
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients well and keep it chill
- Heat the oil until it reaches 180°C & then fry the french fries until golden brown
- Place the cooked mini paratha on the bottom part & spread with prepared dressing, then layer it with mix lettuce, sliced cheese and burger patty
- Add second layer of cooked mini paratha & spread again with dressing, top with mix lettuce, burger patty & another layer of mini paratha on top
- Serve with french fries & additional dressing on side. Serve!
