Recipe Ingredient

  • Mini Paratha
  • 6pcs Mini Paratha - store bought, 3pcs/burger
  • 20g Cooking Oil
  • Mayo & Sour Cream Dressing/Dipping
  • 80g Mayonnaise
  • 80g Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 5g Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • French Fries
  • 140g Shoestring French Fries
  • 200g Cooking Oil (for deep-frying)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Course Black Pepper, to taste
  • Other
  • 30g Mix Lettuce
  • 30g Sliced Tomato
  • 4slices Anchor 12's Sliced Cheese
  • 4pcs Pre-cooked Burger Patty, 2 pcs/burger

Instructions

    Mini Paratha
  1. Heat up the cooking oil, cook the paratha on both sides and set aside
  2. Mayo & Sour Cream Dressing/Dipping
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well and keep it chill
  4. French Fries
  5. Heat the oil until it reaches 180°C & then fry the french fries until golden brown
  6. To Assemble
  7. Place the cooked mini paratha on the bottom part & spread with prepared dressing, then layer it with mix lettuce, sliced cheese and burger patty
  8. Add second layer of cooked mini paratha & spread again with dressing, top with mix lettuce, burger patty & another layer of mini paratha on top
  9. Serve with french fries & additional dressing on side. Serve!
