Recipe Ingredient

  • Cinnamon Sugar:
  • 100g castor sugar
  • 25g cinnamon powder
  • Crispy Baked Tortilla Chips:
  • 3pcs Tortilla Skin (Triangle Cut)
  • 80g Anchor Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • Cinnamon Sugar Dippings:
  • 100g Anchor Cream Cheese, softened
  • 50g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 30g cinnamon sugar


    Cinnamon Sugar:
  1. In a bowl, add in castor sugar & cinnamon powder
  2. Mix well and keep in air tight container
  3. Crispy Baked Tortilla Chips:
  4. Melt the butter, set aside for later use
  5. Place the tortilla skin on a chopping board, cut it into triangle shape
  6. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking tray & then arrange the tortilla skin on the tray
  7. Brush with melted butter & sprinkle on both side with cinnamon sugar
  8. Bake in a preheated oven with the temperature of 180C for 10 minutes. *baking times will be different depending on oven quality
  9. Remove from oven after bake & rest it on a wire rack. Then, keep it in a air tight container
  10. Cinnamon Sugar Dippings:
  11. In a food processor, add in cream cheese & whipping cream together
  12. Mix both ingredients until it becomes smooth & creamy texture
  13. Scoop out the cream cheese mixture & then pour in the cinnamon sugar, mix with silicone spatula & transfer the mixture into bowl
  14. Serve this cream cheese dipping on the side together with the Crispy Tortilla Chips with Cinnamon Sugar. Enjoy! *add more of the cinnamon sugar if you prefer it to be sweeter
