Recipe Ingredient

  • Rose Chantilly Cream
  • 250g Anchor Whipping Cream
  • 20g Icing Sugar
  • 1g Rose Essence
  • 1g Vanilla Essence
  • Fruits
  • 3slices Watermelon, 0.5Cm Thick Slices
  • 20pcs Grapes
  • 20pcs Strawberry, Cut Halve
  • misc, Dry Rose
  • Sandwich
  • 9pcs White Sandwich Bread
  • Garnish

    To Prepare Rose Chantilly Cream
  1. Put all ingredients together, using a hand mixer whip on medium-high speed until almost stiff peak.
  2. Reduce speed to medium-low whisking it until smooth and stiff.
  3. Transfer to a piping bag and chill in the fridge until needed.
  4. To Prepare Fruit Sando
  5. After slicing the watermelon, place it on a kitchen towel to absorb any extra moisture.
  6. To form this 2-layer fruit sandwich. Pipe cream on 3 pieces of bread, spread out evenly, and sandwich a slice of watermelon with 2 bread slices with cream in between.
  7. Pipe cream on top of the bread that sandwich the watermelon, spread evenly, arrange 5 strawberry and 5 grapes, sprinkle some dry rose petal, pipe cream into gaps between the fruits, and sandwich it with the 3rd bread. Wrap firmly with cling film and chill in the fridge for 30mins up to overnight to set.
  8. Unwrap, cut off the crust, and cut via cross-section to review the fruits. Sprinkle with more dry rose petals and serve, enjoy!
