Recipe Ingredient

  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 200g sugar
  • 44 g egg white (whisked well)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Kirsch liqueur (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until it hardens slightly.
  2. Roll out dough 1 cm thick and cut into desired shapes.
  3. Place cookies on baking trays lined with baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes. Cool cookies before storing in airtight containers.
