Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a spice grinder and grind to make thickish mixture.
  2. Serve with thosei or idli.
