Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g prawn
  • 1 big onion, cut into rings
  • 1 pip garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 100g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Garnishing:
  • Chopped spring onion

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and fry garlic, onion rings, chilli flakes and cherry tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add in prawn and salt. Stir till slightly curled for 10 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat and drizzle lime juice and sprinkle spring onion.
  4. Substitute chilli flakes with fresh red chillies.
