- Mix together
- 100g young mango
- 100g onion
- 100g green apple
- 30g red chilli
- 10g Chinese parsley
- 250g Thai chilli sauce
- Cut, wash and clean the fish.
- Cut mango, onion, apple, chilli and parsley thinly. Then mix together with Thai chilli sauce.
- Deep-fry the fish till crispy.
- Mix all ingredients together with the fish and serve.
