Recipe Ingredient

  • 1.2kg seabass
  • Mix together
  • 100g young mango
  • 100g onion
  • 100g green apple
  • 30g red chilli
  • 10g Chinese parsley
  • 250g Thai chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut, wash and clean the fish.
  2. Cut mango, onion, apple, chilli and parsley thinly. Then mix together with Thai chilli sauce.
  3. Deep-fry the fish till crispy.
  4. Mix all ingredients together with the fish and serve.
