Recipe Ingredient

  • 450g chicken wings, chopped into smaller pieces
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • Intense Marinade (combined)
  • 1½ tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli boh
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean chicken wings; chop off the wing tips and cut each into smaller pieces.
  2. Season chicken with the combined marinade. Leave to marinate for at least 2-3 hours.
  3. Heat oil for deep-frying and fry the marinated chicken for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain well and serve with the mango avocado salsa.
