Recipe Ingredient

  • Half a chicken (approx 750–800g)
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • Marinade (combined):
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ng heong fun
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • For Dipping sauce (combine ingredients):
  • 3 tbsp Maggi Thai chilli sauce
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with marinade for 1–2 hours.
  2. Dust marinated chicken lightly with corn flour and deep-fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Chop into bite-sized pieces and serve with dipping sauce.
