- 60g soft brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 150g fresh cream
- 75ml UHT milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
- Some colourful cellophane wrappers
- Place sugar, honey and salt in a saucepan. Cook over a gentle low heat until sugar dissolves completely. Pour in milk and fresh cream gradually and add butter. Keep stirring until the mixture gradually boils. Take saucepan away from the heat and pour into a lightly greased pan. Leave to cool slightly. Cut into small pieces then wrap with coloured cellophane wrapper.
