Recipe Ingredient

  • Ingredients:
  • 75g Sugar
  • 75g Peanuts
  • 38g Seasame
  • 150g Corn sugar
  • 1/2 pack glutinours rice flour
  • 1 small pack coconut shred


  1. Put corn sugar into a pot, simmer over low heat till boil, pour into a tray.
  2. Leave to cool for 4 hours till set.
  3. Make a hole in the centre, sprinkle in flour & make into threads.
  4. Deep fry peanuts & chop. Stir fry sesame. Combine peanuts, sesame & coconut shreds. Put the mixture onto the threads & wrap.
