- 1 tbsp oil
- 450g durian flesh, mashed
- 220g castor sugar
- 60g oil
- Put one tablespoon oil in a nonstick saucepan and add durian flesh and sugar.
- Stir and cook till dry.
- Gradually add the 60g oil.
- Stir continuously over very low heat until the paste is dry.
- Dish out and leave to cool completely.
