- 125g plain flour
- 6 eggs
- 1¼ cups water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Sift flour into a large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gradually pour in water to mix. Stir in salt.
- Beat until batter is smooth but not foamy. Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease pan with oil. Pour 23 tablespoons batter on the pan. Swirl around to get an even circle. When cooked, edges will curl and begin to unstick from the pan. Flip out and leave on a clean plate.
