Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 slices smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 2 squids, cleaned and cut into rings

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add onions and stir-fry till soft. And squid pieces and stir-fry well.
  2. Stir in cream and tomato paste and combine well.
  3. Dish out and pour sauce over cooked fettucine. Add salmon slices and garnish with chopped parsley.
