- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 big onion, diced
- 150ml cream
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 2 slices smoked salmon, cut into strips
- 2 squids, cleaned and cut into rings
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add onions and stir-fry till soft. And squid pieces and stir-fry well.
- Stir in cream and tomato paste and combine well.
- Dish out and pour sauce over cooked fettucine. Add salmon slices and garnish with chopped parsley.
