- cuttlefish-cleaned and cut
- dried chillies- paste
- onions- finely chopped
- turmeric powder

- deep-fry the potatoes, drainand set aside
- Stir-fry the cuttlefish, drain and set aside
- Stir-fry the chilli paste and chopped onion until fragrant.
- Add in the potatoes and cuttlefish, turmeric, salt to taste and sugar, mix well and stir-fry over med heat, careful not to burn. serve warm with rice.
