Recipe Ingredient

  • 500g prawns (medium size)
  • 12 chilli padi
  • 12 shallots
  • 1 small ginger
  • 1 spig curry leaves
  • 4 or 6 limes
  • oyster sauce
  • fish sauce
  • sugar


  1. Clean prawns without shells then chopped the chilli padi,shallots, ginger. After that put all the chopped items n curry leaves into the wok stir fry untill fragrant then add all the sauces then add salt, pepper & sugar to taste n add the prawns in to stir fry till cooked then squeeze in the lime juice.
