Recipe Ingredient

  • 250g fish fillet (garoupa or seabass)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced thinly
  • (A):
  • 200g borlotti beans (canned)
  • 1 tomato, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 5 pieces cocktail chicken sausages, halved and sliced at a slant
  • (B) Marinade for fish:
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • Pinch of salt and sugar
  • Pinch of pepper
  • (C) Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate fish with (B) for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine (C) with ingredients (A) and fish. Mix thoroughly. Wrap in lightly greased tin foil and place in an oven toaster. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked.
  3. Serve with toasted white bread or toasted, sliced french loaf.
