Recipe Ingredient

  • 500g crab
  • 100g margarine
  • some curry leaf
  • cili padi (optional)
  • 120g Nyolike Salted Egg Paste
  • oil for frying


  1. Deep fry 500g crab & put aside.
  2. Heat up 100g margarine with some curry leaf & cili padi.
  3. Add in 120g Salted Egg Paste & heat under LOW HEAT
  4. Add in previous pre-fried crab & coat evenly.
