Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g dory fish, cleaned
  • 1 tbsp capers, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped


  1. Rub salt and pepper all over the fish.
  2. Steam for 15 mins till cooked.
  3. Mix other ingredients till well combined.
  4. Then serve with steamed fish.
