Recipe Ingredient

  • 4 red chillies, cut into pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 bird´s eye chillies
  • 5-6 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar


  1. Put red chillies, bird´s eye chillies and garlic in a food processor. Squeeze in lime juice and process to required consistency.
  2. Place into a small bowl. Stir in apple cider vinegar, fish sauce, sugar and salt to taste. Pour into a serving bowl. Use as an accompaniment for blanched cockles or steamed crabs.
