  1. Pour the water and sugar into a pot and cook for five minutes over medium heat, stirring well.
  2. Add ghee and milk powder and cook for 70 minutes, stirring well to avoid mixture from burning.
  3. Pour the mixture into a big tray and cover with a plastic wrap. Leave to sit at room temperature for at least 12 hours before cutting.
