Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 litre water
  • 4cm knob old ginger, smashed
  • 4 tea bags
  • Honey to taste
  • 2-3 slices lemon


  1. Bring water and ginger to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags and steep for 2 minutes to infuse the tea. Discard the ginger and add honey to taste.
  3. Serve the ginger tea with the lemon slices.
