- 180g green bean sheets, soaked, cut into squares and steamed
- 30g cucumber
- 5g Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chili Sauce
- 15g soup stock
- 35g peanut paste
- 10ml lemon juice
- 5g sugar
- 2g salt
- Slice the cucumber thinly and arrange in a bowl.
- Stack the cooked green bean sheets in the middle of the bowl.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients together and pour over the green bean sheets.
