Recipe Ingredient

  • 150g eel (unagi)
  • Some toasted sesame seeds
  • Seasoning (combined)
  • 1 ½ tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 ¼ tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place eel on lightly greased grill rack, brush seasoning over the eel and grill on both sides until golden brown.
  2. After grilling, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the unagi.
  3. Serve with hot, steamed rice.
