Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 ripe guava, cut in pieces
  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Add the guava pieces to the soy milk and blend. Pass this mixture through food mill or strain the guava through a corse sieve using a wooden spoon. Discard the guava pips and peels.
  2. Add the lime juice, sugar and ice cubes and blend again to obtain smooth mixture.
  3. Poor the guava smoothie in glasses. Decorate the glasses with a slice of lime. Serve immediately with a straw
