- 1 ripe guava, cut in pieces
- 200 ml soy milk
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 lime
- Add the guava pieces to the soy milk and blend. Pass this mixture through food mill or strain the guava through a corse sieve using a wooden spoon. Discard the guava pips and peels.
- Add the lime juice, sugar and ice cubes and blend again to obtain smooth mixture.
- Poor the guava smoothie in glasses. Decorate the glasses with a slice of lime. Serve immediately with a straw
