This recipe is best with
- A glass (12oz) of ice cubes
- 60ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
- 60ml Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
- 3tbsp melted gula melaka (liquid)
- 1tbsp cincau
- 1tbsp cendol
- 1tbsp red bean
- 1tbsp cream corn
- 1tsp extra melted gula melaka for garnishing
- Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream, for topping
- Add full glass of ice in a blender then add in Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk, gula melaka & blend it until fine.
- Drizzle some gula melaka at the side of glass. Pour in cincau at the bottom of glass, follow by blended items and all remaining items on top: cendol, red bean, cream corn, a drizzle of gula melaka and lastly top with Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream., serve. Enjoy!
