Recipe Ingredient

  • A glass (12oz) of ice cubes
  • 60ml Anchor UHT Extra Yield Cooking Cream
  • 60ml Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk
  • 3tbsp melted gula melaka (liquid)
  • 1tbsp cincau
  • 1tbsp cendol
  • 1tbsp red bean
  • 1tbsp cream corn
  • 1tsp extra melted gula melaka for garnishing
  • Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Add full glass of ice in a blender then add in Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream, Anchor UHT Full Cream Milk, gula melaka & blend it until fine.
  2. Drizzle some gula melaka at the side of glass. Pour in cincau at the bottom of glass, follow by blended items and all remaining items on top: cendol, red bean, cream corn, a drizzle of gula melaka and lastly top with Anchor Aerosol Whipped Cream., serve. Enjoy!
