- 1 can beer (preferably lager)
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp ground white pepper
- Rub salt and pepper into meat. Pour beer over meat, massage with fingertips gently but firmly for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to stand for half an hour and you´re ready to cook!
- When barbecuing, grill the beef no longer than 30 seconds on each side for a really juicy treat.
- If you want a black pepper flavor, cut white pepper by half and toss in a tablespoon of crushed black peppercorns when marinating the beef.
