Recipe Ingredient

  • Chocolate Truffles:
  • 94.5g Munchy’s Lexus Chocolate Chip Cookies (Dark Choc)
  • 13.5g Butter
  • 90g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 17.5g Evaporated Milk
  • Coconut Coating:
  • 30g Dried Desiccated Coconut


  1. Toast the dried desiccated coconut on a dry pan over medium heat until it’s golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  2. Blend Munchy’s Lexus Chocolate Chip Cookies (Dark Choc) in the food processor until it forms a very fine powder.
  3. Heat the butter in a microwave until melted.
  4. Pour butter into the cookie crumbs and and then add the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk until it’s all blended together.
  5. Once your cookie mixture is smooth, allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the cookie mixture is easy to manage.
  6. Remove the cookie mixture from the fridge and roll into balls.
  7. Roll the balls over the toasted desiccated coconut and serve immediately.
  8. If not served immediately, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
