Recipe Ingredient

  • 3 eggs
  • 3-4 sprigs of spring onions
  • 3-4 sprigs of coriander
  • a pinch of salt and pepper
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Break all 3 eggs into bowl and lightly beat. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Chopped spring onions and coriander.
  3. Heat oil in pan, put in chopped spring onions and coriander. Stir fry for a minute
  4. Then pour in beaten eggs.
  5. Allow omellete to set or when edges turn brown, turn egg over.
  6. Take it out from heat once done. Best eaten with bread or rice. Goes well with noodles too.
